“We are continuing to see evidence, like the governor’s recent announcement that businesses and restaurants will be able to expand indoor capacity this month, that our vaccination rollout and continued COVID-19 prevention measures are working,” said County Commissioner Director Louis Cappelli, Jr.

“Last night, President Biden set a goal of having enough Americans vaccinated by July 4 so that we can begin to see the return of some Independence Day celebrations. We can achieve that goal if folks continue to get vaccinated when its their turn and continue to protect themselves and others in the meantime.”

The Department of Health is announcing 108 additional positive cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) identified in Camden County. Trace investigations are being facilitated with the patients and remain ongoing.

In addition, the county Department of Health is also announcing 2,318 confirmed resident cases and 1,320 staff cases have occurred out of the aggregate case load of 40,558 in our 56 long-term care facilities.
