Letter to the Editor: Thanks to the Moorestown community

Over 50 residents and families from Moorestown and surrounding areas donated toys to the Local Acts of Kindness Foundation’s Kind ‘R Us toy drive.

Over 50 residents and families from Moorestown and surrounding areas showed how kind they can be together, by contributing hundreds of new, unwrapped toys for the young patients at St. Christopher’s Hospital For Children in Philadelphia as art of Local Acts of Kindness Foundation’s Kind ‘R Us toy drive.

We are so proud of our community!

Thanks for the help in getting the word out about our toy drive!

We are now challenging our neighbors to the Trim-A-Tree Challenge! This challenge calls for neighbors to help others by decorating a table-top tree in 5 days with $5 gift cards and words of encouragement for local families in need.

Residents can email us their address and we will drop off a tree to their home or business, and pick it up five days later.
