SRO Omar Kendall put out a call earlier in the month to provide meals to those in need
In early November, Palmyra Police Department SRO Omar Kendall put out the call for families to reach out to him if they were in need for extra help on the Thanksgiving holiday. Kendall and the department ended up providing eight full Thanksgiving dinners to local families. The food was delivered the day before the holiday.
