Cherry Hill class to offer a ‘taste of Judaism’

The course will explore the Jewish perspectives on spirituality, values and community.

Beginning on Nov. 4, Rabbi Jerry David will teach a free, three-session class on Judaism for people of all faith, family and cultural backgrounds.

“A Taste of Judaism” is free and open to the public. Designed for those who would like to learn about the foundations of Judaism or for those who may be searching for an entryway into Jewish life, the course explores Jewish perspectives on spirituality, values and community. Connecting virtually from the comfort of your home via Zoom provides an informal atmosphere to encourage free and lively discussion of Reform Judaism’s approach to living in our rapidly changing society. Rabbi David will discuss the ways that Judaism addresses issues in our personal and professional lives.

The program will be offered by Temple Emanuel, via Zoom, on three consecutive Wednesday evenings: Nov. 4, Nov. 11 and Nov. 18 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
