Get ready to BOOgie: Harrison Township Halloween event returns

The Halloween BOOgie Walk is Oct. 24

The Halloween BOOgie Walk is back, but with a few modifications to keep friends, family and neighbors safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Harrison Township Recreation Commission event is open to families only, and each family entering the walk will be 6 feet apart.

The fun is from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24, at Ella Harris Park, 127 Commissioners Road, Mullica Hill.

Families will be given Halloween bags at the beginning of the walk (or bring their own). Candy is being handed out with creepy tongs. What could be creepy about a pair of tongs? Families will soon find out!

Enjoy fun activities while boogying to the end of the walk, where kids will get a small pumpkin to carve and decorate at home. Family photos will also be available at the end of the walk.
