Medford-Vincentown Rotary Club hosting cornhole tournament

The event honors late member Coles Roberts.

Join the Medford-Vincentown Rotary Club for a fun, safe cornhole tournament at Braddock’s Tavern on Oct. 17 at 10 a.m. in honor of Rotarian Coles Roberts. The tournament will be outside, socially distanced and meet N.J. COVID-19 guidelines.

Following the current restrictions, many of the Medford-Vincentown Rotary Club primary events, such as the Halloween Parade, have been canceled. However, there is still community work to be done. We intend to raise funds with this event to help Medford-Vincentown Rotary continue to support the community and established charities.

The cornhole tournament is being held in honor of our past Rotarian, Coles Roberts, who recently passed after 50 years of perfect attendance in various roles of president, vice president, director, government representative, and Paul Harris fellow.

Please consider registering a team, sponsoring a cornhole board or making a donation for this worthy event. Registration fee for a two-person team is $75 and includes a hot dog/hamburger. Cornhole board sponsor fee is $200. Register in advance by visiting MVRotaryClub.org/Corn-Hole-Event. Registrations will be accepted on-site only if space is available.

Checks can be mailed to Corn Hole Tournament, Medford Vincentown Rotary Club, P.O. Box 365, Medford, New Jersey, 08055. Address checks to Medford Vincentown Rotary Club with cornhole tournament in the memo.
