The Voorhees Breakfast Rotary Club is now accepting nominations for its 12th annual Community Service Awards. The club is looking for exceptional people during these challenging times. Nominees can include a local business, citizen, first responder, essential employee or selfless student. The nominee must either reside in Voorhees or serve the Voorhees community.
The nomination form is shown below and also available at www.facebook.com/voorheessun.Â
Form details include the nominated individual’s name and daytime phone number, as well as the name of the person nominating the individual and phone number and his or her relationship to the nominee.Â
A short write-up must be included detailing how the nominee has gone above and beyond through their kindness, hard work and generosity to support others in the Voorhees community during this challenging time.
Sponsorship and ad fundraising proceeds benefit the Voorhees Breakfast Rotary Club’s For the Kids Fund, as well as other community service projects.
Nominations should be: mailed to the Voorhees Breakfast Rotary Club, PO Box 1645, Voorhees, NJ 08043; sent through the club’s website at VoorheesBreakfastRotary.org; or emailed to [email protected]. The deadline for nominations is Oct. 14. Winners will be honored at a virtual event on Jan. 21.
