Pasco one of two CamCo students to snag Dunkin scholarship

Pasco, headed for the West Coast in the fall, honored with scholarship from breakfast-food giant.

One current college student and one graduating high school senior from Camden County have been announced as recipients of the eleventh annual Dunkin’ Philadelphia Regional Scholarship Program.

Haddonfield resident Andrew Pasco is a recent graduate of Bishop Eustace Preparatory School, who served as class valedictorian, and racked up tons of recognition for his academic exploits, including being named an AP National Scholar, New Jersey Governor’s School of Engineering and Technology Scholar, GE Reagan Foundation Scholar, Bishop Eustace FIRST Robotics Team President, and as a National Merit Finalist.

In addition to holding a position as an NJSIAA Scholar-Athlete, Pasco was also the Eustace Varsity Swim Team Co-Captain and South Jersey Aquatic Club National Team Co-Captain. In his free time, Andrew is a Markeim Art Center volunteer, St. Anthony’s of Padua math tutor, and Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation Eustace chapter president and co-founder.

This fall, Pasco will attend California Institute of Technology, where he plans to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Students were selected from more than 1,500 applicants based on their academic record, demonstrated leadership, and proven commitment to their school and local community.

Dunkin’ and its franchisees in the greater Philadelphia-area will award these recipients with a $2,000 academic scholarship to pursue an undergraduate degree at an accredited two or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school of their choice in the fall.
