H.O.P.E. during the COVID-19 pandemic

The ten-week Moorestown Summer Session starts Thursday, July 2 at 7:30 p.m.

The following is a release from H.O.P.E.:

Can there be anything worse than the pain and torment of the loss of one’s spouse or life partner?  Unfortunately, the answer is YES – the loss of a loved one in the COVID-19 era.  Each of these individually can drive one to their knees, together they can be totally overwhelming.

Happily, there is H.O.P.E.  H.O.P.E. (Helping Other People Evolve) has been guiding widowed people through the horrors and challenges they face for more than 40 years with a program of year-long weekly in-person group meetings.  No longer practical in the COVID-19 era, H.O.P.E. is introducing its online group meeting format using Zoom technology.  All it takes is a computer, lap-top, or smart phone and the desire to ease the pain and the hopelessness.

Our ten-week Moorestown Summer Session starts Thursday, July 2 at 7:30 p.m. To join, just call (856)234-2200.  Due to the virus, our offices are closed but leave your name and phone number and we will get back to you quickly.  To learn more about H.O.P.E., visit our website at www.hopesnj.org.
