Gloucester County reports 15 new COVID-19 cases on June 19

The number of new cases is a slight increase from the day prior.

There are 15 new cases of COVID-19 in Gloucester County, according to the June 19 daily update from officials.

The 15 new reported cases is a slight increase from the 12 cases reported on Thursday. Gloucester County has seen a large decrease in new cases in June, with daily case totals falling in the teens or lower in 17 of 19 days this month.

Here is a breakdown of the 15 new cases by municipality:

  • Deptford – 4
  • Glassboro – 2
  • Monroe Twp. – 3
  • Washington Twp. – 1
  • Westville – 1
  • Woodbury Heights – 2
  • Woolwich – 2

Gloucester County reported on new COVID-19 death on June 19, a 72-year-old woman from Franklin Twp. Gloucester County has now had 170 COVID-19 related deaths since the start of the pandemic.
