The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office is working with the Cherry Hill Police Department on a death investigation, according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Cherry Hill Police Chief William “Bud” Monaghan.
On Thursday, April 17, police and firefighters were called to a a Route 70 parking lot around 9:20 p.m. When they arrived, authorities found a car on fire with one person dead inside at the scene.

Investigators are working to determine the identity of the person and the events that led up to their death.
