Burlington County reports four COVID-19 related deaths

Four deaths were reported from Evesham, Pemberton Township, Willingboro and Woodland.

Burlington County announced on April 14 it has learned of four COVID-19 associated deaths in the county, bringing its death toll to 29.

The four additional lives lost should warn us all the need to press onward with strict adherence to social distancing guidelines and other safety measures designed to stop the spread of deadly coronavirus.” said Dr. Herb Conaway. “Burlington County is offering free testing services in Westampton. Residents who are experiencing symptoms should call 609-726-7097. If you are tested and awaiting results, be sure to stay home to avoid infecting others. Now more than ever, these precautions will save lives.”

Included in the notification are a 94-year-old female of Evesham; a 59-year-old male of Pemberton Township; a 77-year-old male of Willingboro and a 66-year-old male of Woodland.

An additional 57 new cases were reported as four people were cleared from quarantine.
