The scheduled meeting of the Shamong Township Committee on April 7 at 105 Willow Grove Road and future meetings will be held by electronic or”remote format only until further notice.
There will be no physical presence at the municipal building.
Members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting may do so by calling 646-558-8656; 312-626-6799; 301-715-8592 or 669-900-9128.
Once connected, when prompted, please key in the meeting number 824 826 570 and password 705993 any time after 7:15 p.m. The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m.
Individuals calling into the number will be able to fully participate in the meeting, including providing public comment when appropriate. A copy of our meeting agenda is available on the township website by visiting Shamong.net.
In order to further facilitate public comment, emails can be submitted to Deputy Clerk, Joanne Robertson, at JRobertson@Shamong.net prior to the start of the meeting and those emails will be shared with the governing body.
A non-public “breakout room” will be used if executive session is required.
