All schools in Haddonfield to be closed indefinitely

COVID-19 spread causing indefinite school closures.

Per Governor Phil Murphy’s press conference from Monday afternoon, all schools within the State of New Jersey, including Haddonfield School District, will be closed from Tuesday, March 17 until a date that has yet to be determined.

In addition, every single preschool through 12th grade school not in the HSD, which has its home within the borough, has been ordered to close starting tomorrow until further notice, per Murphy.

Superintendent Larry Mussoline issued a newsletter on Monday afternoon, shortly after district personnel held a professional development day to formulate a plan for HSD distance learning in light of restrictions caused by the onset of COVID-19.
