Monroe Township Schools to close

“Beginning Monday, March 16 up to and including Friday, March 27 all Monroe Township schools will be closed in order to protect our school community and do our part with regard to helping stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus, involving our declared national and state of emergencies. With that said, please be advised that all extracurricular and athletic activities are, also, canceled during this time period.”

“Education, however, will continue during this closure period. In regard to instruction, your child’s teachers and principal will be communicating with you about your child’s online learning, during this time period. There is a possibility, however, that this closure could extend beyond Friday, March 27. Hopefully, everyone will back at school on Monday, March 30. Please continue to check the district’s website for current updates. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. As a community, we will get through this crisis.”
