The Voorhees Township planning board has scheduled a hearing for Wednesday, March 11 at 7:30 p.m. at the Voorhees Town Center after an application by Dean Development Associates, LLC seeks to develop a vacant lot and create the Signal Hill Commons.
The proposed project seeks to build on 2.58 acres of land at the intersection of Route 73 and Signal Hill Drive in Voorhees Township. The 14,000 square-foot building would contain nine storefronts and requires various bulk variances and design waivers.
