Mount Laurel Fire Department, Library team up for annual Get Fired up for Literacy program

Grand-prize winners will receive a ride to school in a fire truck.

The Mount Laurel Fire Department and the Mount Laurel Library are excited to announce the 11th year of the Get Fired Up for Literacy program, a reading contest for all Mt. Laurel public school students in first through fourth grade. Grand-prize winners will receive a ride to school in a fire truck. Winners will be posted in early January.

All first- through fourth-grade Mt. Laurel students will receive a letter and reading log prior to the start of winter break.
