Due to the incoming wintery weather, all Lenape Regional High School District facilities will close at 5 p.m. on Dec. 2, this includes Lenape, Cherokee, Shawnee and Seneca high schools. Sequoia will be closed as well.

All after-school activities will end by 4:30 p.m. and those activities requiring buses have been cancelled as well.
The following sport practices and games have been cancelled or postponed as well;
At Cherokee: None as of publication.
At Lenape: Junior varsity and varsity bowling matches vs. St. Augustine Prep and Our Lady of Mercy Academy were postponed.
At Shawnee: Girls varsity swimming practice cancelled, girls and boys bowling matches versus Camden Tech-Gloucester Township has been postponed to 12/3, boys varsity swimming meet versus Washington Township-Gloucester has been cancelled.
At Seneca: Boys swimming practice cancelled.
Students and staff are encouraged to drive safely and take extra caution on the roads as slippery conditions will exist throughout the day.
