Clearie resides in Cherry Hill and will be working out of the firm’s Marlton location.

Before joining the firm, Clearie served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Justice Lee A. Solomon of the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Honorable Michael J. Haas of the New Jersey Superior Court — Appellate Division. In those roles, Clearie was responsible for performing legal research and memoranda involving both criminal and civil matters, in addition to preparing the court for oral argument and petitions for certification. Clearie also aided in drafting and editing the court’s opinions.

This unique background allows Clearie to be a zealous and effective advocate on behalf of employees who have been wronged by their employers. Clearie has a true passion for ensuring all employees feel safe in comfortable in the workplace and that anything less is an injustice.

“After being a law clerk at McOmber & McOmber P.C.’s throughout law school and getting to work hands on with the attorneys, staff and our clients, I knew this was the firm I wanted to be at after graduation,” Clearie said. “I couldn’t be more excited about coming back to McOmber & McOmber, this time as an attorney. I’m confident I will have a long and great future here.”

Clearie received her bachelor of arts degree graduating magna cum laude from East Stroudsburg University in 2015 where she majored in political science and minored in philosophy. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School in 2019 and was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in July 2019.
