- Units assisted a motorist that had locked their keys in their vehicle while at their house.
- Patrols responded to a domestic disturbance while the people were attempting to move out of a house.
- Officers took a report for a missing 17-year-old that had run away from his mother’s house the night prior. He returned home later that reporting day.
- Patrols responded to an autistic male that was attacking his transport driver. An ambulance was requested for the male to be evaluated and treated.
- Units responded to a crash on Glassboro Rd. in the area of the Target store. A tow truck was requested for both vehicles involved.
- Units responded to a minor crash involving a deer on Mantua Ave. by the baseball field.
- Officers responded to a possible theft or lost item at the Lowes store.
Oct. 25
- Units arrested a female that was wanted out of Maricopa County, Arizona. She was placed in the county jail until officials from Arizona come to take custody.
- Officers responded to the same disturbance as yesterday for the same couple moving out of their house.
- Patrols responded to an unwanted person at the Wawa on Route 45.
- Ptl. Riepen and his K9 partner, Bane, assisted Sgt. Herner on a car stop with a vehicle sniff in which there was a positive indication to the vehicle.
- Officers took a report of fraud that had occurred on the victim’s TD Bank account.
- A person came to turn himself in on an active warrant that they had. They posted bail and were released.
- Units responded to a domestic assault between a couple. The male applied for a restraining order and the female was arrested for assault.
Oct. 26
- Ptl. Wolfsgruber conducted a motor vehicle stop and arrested the subject for DUI with a BAC of 0.13 percent.
- Officers responded to a female that had overdosed in a vehicle while parked at the super Wawa.
- Ptl. Riepen and his K9 partner, Bane, assisted Sgt. Herner on a car stop in which there was a positive indication on the vehicle. The operator was arrested for possession of drugs following a search of the vehicle.
- Units responded to a fireworks complaint in Wenonah.
- Officers responded to an intoxicated group at Bogey’s Café that were starting to fight. Officers made one arrest for disorderly conduct.
Oct. 27
- Units responded to the Wawa for a homeless person that needed a ride to a hotel for the night.
- Patrols responded to a loud party in the Timbercrest townhomes in which vehicles were driving recklessly while leaving.
- Officers responded to a crash on Glassboro Rd. in the area of Mantua Blvd.
Oct. 28
- Ptl. Wolfsgruber conducted a motor vehicle stop and arrested an occupant for outstanding warrants. He was processed and released.
- Officers took a report for a lost wallet that was last seen in a pizzeria.
- Units responded to a verbal domestic and arrested a subject who had outstanding warrants. She was processed and released.
- Officers responded for a violation of a restraining order where the harasser continued to call and text the female. A warrant was issued for the subject due to the violation.
- Patrols checked a vacant property that had an open door. Nothing appears to have been stolen or tampered with.
- Units responded to a neighbor dispute where one neighbor moved another’s trashcans because they were too close to their vehicle.
- Officers responded to two vehicles that had struck the same deer on Jackson Rd. in the area of Heritage Rd.
- Patrols responded to a crash on Glassboro Rd. in the area of Tylers Mill Rd. where minor injuries were reported and a vehicle needed to be towed from the scene.
Oct. 29
- Units responded to a resident that heard a noise and was frightening them. It turned out to be an owl.
- A Mantua Township Police Department vehicle was struck causing minor damage while parked at a traffic detail on Bridgeton Pike at Mantua Blvd.
- Patrols responded to an intoxicated male that was in crisis and needed to be transported to the hospital.
- Officers responded to a single vehicle crash on Center Street in the area of New Street that had overturned. There were no serious injuries reported and the vehicle needed to be towed from the scene.
- Units responded to Glassboro Rd. at the Route 55 exit ramp for a vehicle that had lost control and spun out and needed to be towed.
- Patrols responded to a minor crash in the area of the Telford Inn.
- Units responded to a domestic disturbance where a female was stealing the cats of the male.
- Officers and Police Explorers participated in the fire departments annual Truck or Treat, which was another huge success with it being a packed night.
- Patrols assisted Pitman Police Department with a three-vehicle-crash on Lambs Rd. at Broadway.
- Officers responded to a domestic dispute between a couple in which the female was intoxicated and no longer welcome at the residence. She had walked from the residence prior to our arrival.
- Units took a fraud complaint in which the victim lost $200 via a scam on the Internet.
- Officers responded to the Wine Warehouse for the same intoxicated female from the earlier domestic because she attempted to purchase alcohol and was denied. She then threatened to burn the building down. When officers arrived, she was acting disorderly and arrested.
- Patrols responded to the Walgreens for a suspicious incident in which a customer wished to purchase 40 cartons of cigarettes.
Oct. 30
- Officers arrested a female for DUI that had fresh damage from a crash that was found to have occurred in Bellmawr.
- Units responded to a single vehicle crash on Jackson Rd. in which a vehicle struck a deer.
- Patrols responded to a crash on Main Street in the area of Martel Ave.
- Units responded to a single vehicle crash on the exit ramp from Route 55 in which a truck slid into the woods. Officers stood by until the State Police could respond.
- Officers located a work zone violation on Main Street and shut the operation down until it could be set up correctly and safely.
- Units responded to another crash on Center Street in which a truck slid off the road and into a tree and needed to be towed from the scene.
- Patrols responded to a vehicle that struck a large pothole on Lambs Rd. by Country Gardens Blvd.
- Officers took a report for a lost wallet.
- Units responded to a minor crash in the parking lot of the Wawa store on Route 45.
- Patrols responded to a hit and run crash that occurred in the Target store parking lot.
- Officers responded to a female that was in crisis that had ran from her house. Officers located the female a few blocks away and she was transported to the hospital for treatment.
- Units took a report for harassment for a juvenile that was receiving threatening text messages on his phone.
- Officers were on bike patrol for Mischief Night.
- Ptl. Wolfsgruber conducted a motor vehicle stop and arrested the driver for DUI.
- Cpl. Layton arrested a subject for possession of drugs while on bike patrol.
- Ptl. Oldrati arrested a subject for outstanding warrants while on bike patrol.
