AWA hosting HOWL-O-ween Trunk or Treat event

The Animal Welfare Association (AWA) is hosting its third annual HOWL-O-Ween Trunk or Treat community event Saturday, Oct. 26 from 1 to 3 p.m. on site at the AWA

The Animal Welfare Association (AWA) is hosting its third annual HOWL-O-Ween Trunk or Treat community event Saturday, Oct. 26 from 1 to 3 p.m. on site at the AWA located at 509 Centennial Boulevard.

The AWA is excited to announce the return of this exciting event due to its overwhelming popularity the past two years, with last year’s trunk or treat event having over 400 kids and nearly 100 dogs in attendance.

This is a free pet friendly event, so visitors are reminded to dress up their four-legged friends and get ready for treats to be passed out at the event. There will be dozens of trunk handing out teats for both humans and pets, along with games, decorating stations, a pumpkin patch and more.

This event is free and open to the public. Due to the past popularity of the event and to ensure there are enough treats for those in attendance, it is recommended that all attendees RSVP online at http://support.awanj.org/trunk-or-treat.
