Applications are now available for Deptford Township’s Town-Wide Yard Sale. The event will take place on Saturday, Sept. 21, with a rain date of Sunday, Sept, 22,
Residents can fill out a form to apply to be a part of the yard sale. Participants must follow all township yard and garage sale ordinance and must grant permission to have their address advertised as part of the event.
A $5 donation to the township Veteran’s Memorial will allow your address to be listed on the township website the day before the event. Anyone who donates $20 or more can have the Deptford Township Recreation Advisory Committee place a sign on their lawn advertising the event. The signs will be collected at the end of the sale.
The application deadline is Sept. 16. Applications can be found at www.deptford-nj.org. Applications and donations should be mailed to Deptford Township Parks and Recreation, 1011 Cooper Street, Deptford NJ 08096. Checks should be made payable to Deptford Township.
