Gloucester Township Police is currently hiring part-time school crossing guards for the 2019-20 school year.
All residents are encouraged to apply for the position. Applications must have the ability to regulate and direct the movement of school children at a street intersection, paying particular attention to safety. Applicants must also pass a criminal background check and maintain clearance throughout their employment.
These positions are part-time for about 10 hours per week as well as on an on-call basis.
