Louis A. Tomassetti of Cherry Hill passed away on May 8 at the age 80. He was the loving father of Melissa (Sean) Kavanaugh of Cherry Hill; stepfather of E.J. (Kenthia) Monroe and Susie (Matt) Downing. He was the cherished grandfather of Conor and Kendall Kavanaugh and step-grandfather of Tommy and Scott Monroe as well as Brendan, Morgan, Erin and Callan Downing. He was the beloved companion of Gerry Harvey and dear friend of Laurie Borowiec.
Tomassetti was a teacher at Collingswood High School for more than 40 years. He was an avid ballroom dancer and loved working on his home and spending time in Ocean City.
All are invited to Tomassetti’s Memorial Service on Saturday, May 18 at 10:30 a.m. at Haddonfield Friends Meeting where the family will receive guests following his service.
