65 club heading to Fort Mifflin

Guided tour of Revolutionary War battlement on tap for March 26

The Haddonfield 65 Club will travel to Fort Mifflin, on Tuesday, March 26, at 9:00 AM. The school bus will depart from the PUB Restaurant, in Pennsauken, please park your car in remote locations, in the lot.

The bus will take us to Fort Mifflin in Philadelphia, where we will be taken on a guided tour, by a guide in period attire, with the theme of the tour being: A Revolutionary War soldier’s life. In addition, there will be a cannon demonstration.

After our visit to the fort, the bus will return us to the PUB for lunch, where you will have your choice of four entrees; Sliced Sirloin Steak, Chicken Parmesan, Balsamic Salmon, or Hot Turkey Pride. Unlimited, coffee, tea, and soft drinks. Other beverages at your cost.

The cost of the trip which includes; transportation, guided tour of the fort, and your lunch, is $40 per person. Checks should be made out to the Haddonfield 65 Club, on your check please indicate your entree selection, plus your phone number.
