Cherry Hill resident named chairman of Food Bank’s Board of Trustees

Joe Ford will lead the Food Bank of South Jersey’s board this year.

Joe Ford of Cherry Hill has been named chairman of the Food Bank of South Jersey’s Board of Trustees. He has been a member of the board for five years and served as the vice chairman for 2018–2019.

An accomplished business executive, Ford is president of Cherry-Hill based Barcroft Associates Inc., where he has provided management consulting and business and site development for construction clients over the past 17 years. A few key positions throughout his career include president of several manufacturing and construction companies, including Architectural Products, Beaumont Birch, and Millville Iron Works, among others, as well as CFO and COO of American Asphalt Company.

Ford is an active member in his community, serving as president of SCORE South Jersey Chapter, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping small businesses grow and achieve their goals through education and mentorship, and as a past president and committee member for the Construction Financial Management Association South Jersey Chapter.
