Thomas, formerly of Cherry Hill, leaves behind son who resides in Haddonfield
Jeannine H. Thomas (nee Henson) passed away on Jan. 4, at age 99. Jeannine was a resident of Surprise, Ariz. and formerly a long-time resident of Cherry Hill. Beloved wife of the late Oren R. Thomas, Jr. Loving mother of Oren R., III (Teddy) of Haddonfield. Devoted grandmother of Oren R., VI of Atlantic City and Adam P. of Long Beach, N.Y. Dear great-grandmother of Oren R., V of Haddonfield. Sister of the late Charlene Millard and good friend Janet Birdsall.
Jeannine was raised in Des Moines, Iowa and attended Iowa State University. She was a secretary for many years at her husband’s architectural firm and then continued her career at her son’s law office, both in Collingswood. Jeannine was a long-time member of Tavistock Country Club and loved playing bridge and golf.
