Program centering on yoga from the comfort of a chair to be featured
The January meeting of the General Club of The Haddon Fortnightly will be held on Friday, Jan. 25, at 1:00 p.m. inside The Haddon Fortnightly Clubhouse, 301 Kings Highway East. The program for the meeting will be a presentation by the Yoga Center of Haddonfield on Chair Yoga.
Janet Finnegan will present moves and positions that can all be done while sitting in a chair. Attendees may choose to participate in the program or just to observe.
Visitors and prospective members are welcome. After the business meeting and the speaker’s presentation, members and guests will have time to socialize and enjoy light refreshments.
