Local Boy Scout troop taking up collection for those in need

Holiday charity effort to last through Dec. 15

Boy Scout Troop 65 is collecting new blankets, comforters, sleeping bags, baby blankets, and throws this holiday season for those less fortunate in the area.

Blankets may be dropped off at Haddonfield Welcome Center, 2 Kings Court.

Hours for drop off are Wednesday, Friday and Saturday: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Collection will last through Dec. 15.
