What’s open and closed in Cherry Hill on Thanksgiving?

Most places in Cherry Hill will be closed today, but a few locations will have modified hours.

While many offices in Cherry Hill will be closed in Cherry Hill today and tomorrow for Thanksgiving, some places, particularly stores, will be open. Check out what’s open and closed in Cherry Hill.

Post offices: All post offices are closed today and there is no mail delivery.

Township offices: The Cherry Hill Township Municipal Building is closed on Thursday and Friday. The municipal building will re-open for normal business hours on Monday. There is no trash collection on Thursday. Thursday and Friday routes will both be collected on Friday. If there is a delay, trash routes will be completed by Saturday.

Cherry Hill Public Library: The library is closed for Thanksgiving and will re-open on Friday. The library will also transition to winter hours this weekend and will close on Sundays through Jan. 20.

Cherry Hill Public Schools: All Cherry Hill Public Schools are closed Thursday and Friday. Classes will start up again on Monday.

Katz JCC: The Katz JCC’s Health and Wellness facility will be open today from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. All other JCC departments and JCC offices are closed.

Banks: Nearly all area banks, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank and TD Bank, are closed for Thanksgiving. Contact your local bank for details.

Cherry Hill Mall: The mall will be closed for most of the day, but will open on Thursday evening from 6 p.m. until midnight. The mall will open early on Friday at 6 a.m. and will remain open until 10 p.m. The mall will continue to have extended hours on some days throughout the holiday season, visit cherryhillmall.com for details.
