Mantua Township presents ‘Parents as Partners’

The following comes from the Mantua Township School District.

Parents as Partners is offered to all Mantua Township residents. Different topics will be presented monthly. Topics are varied, interactive and may include guest speakers and authors.

We are planning for food and childcare to be provided at our parenting nights at no cost to you. Class sessions run from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Our next meeting is Nov. 29 at J. Mason Tomlin School. Join as we delve into some time-tested strategies of raising resilient and balanced children.

This session will highlight strategies that will assist in developing your child for the future and prevent you from feeling overwhelmed by trying to be everything to everyone. In addition to learning and applying these strategies, we will also have an opportunity for some quality family bonding time. We will be creating fun and memorable découpage plates that will capture the essence of your family.

Please bring photos and family keepsake items that you would like to add to your customized découpage plate. Plates and other supplies will be provided.

RSVP by Nov. 26 so we can plan accordingly. We are looking forward to a wonderful Parents as Partners meeting with you on Nov. 29.
