Monroe Township residents can expect to see mixed precipitation from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Nov. 15. Total snow accumulations are up one inch and a light glaze of ice is expected.
The weather can cause several major traffic delays during the morning commute and drivers are urged to use caution and provide themselves with enough travel time to get to their destinations safely.
A winter weather advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery roads and limited visibilities and use caution while driving.
Temperatures are expected to reach a high of 37 degrees throughout the day and 46 as the night rolls in.
Forecasters predict for the wet weather to exit the area by evening, however, winds are expected to gust up to 32Â mph.
