Operation Christmas Child collecting at Mt. Laurel’s Grace Bible Church

The group collects “shoebox gifts” filled with fun toys, school supplies and hygiene items.

Operation Christmas Child’s upcoming National Collection Week is set for Nov. 12 through Nov. 19.

This year, Mt. Laurel’s Grace Bible Church, located at 822 S. Church St., will serve as a shoebox gift drop-off location.

According to Operation Christmas Child, shoebox gifts are filled with fun toys, school supplies and hygiene items “to share God’s love with millions of boys and girls around the world through the Samaritan’s Purse project.”

Locals can drop shoebox gifts off at Grace Bible Church Monday, Nov. 12, through Saturday, Nov. 17, from noon to 3 p.m.

Donations will also be accepted at the site on Sun, Nov. 18, from 1 to 4 p.m., and again on Monday, Nov. 19, from noon to 7 p.m.
