Evesham Police seek pair who allegedly stole woman’s wallet at steakhouse

Police say the incident allegedly occurred on Sept. 13 at Fleming’s Steakhouse.

The following information is on file with the Evesham Township Police Department:

On Sept. 13 at approximately 6:16 p.m., Evesham Police say a man and woman allegedly stole a woman’s wallet from her purse while she was dining at the Fleming’s Steakhouse, located at 500 N. Route 73.

Police say the pair then allegedly used the victim’s credit cards on the same date at a Bloomingdale’s and Apple Store in Philadelphia

Police have also released the following tips related to signs purse thieves look for:

· A woman who drapes her purse on the back of a chair or on the floor beside of her.

· A woman whose wallet is sticking out of her purse.

· A woman who leaves her purse or wallet in a shopping cart.

· A purse or bag left in an unlocked car.

· A woman who has set their purse or wallet down on a table or counter.

· Purses left in unattended offices or dressing rooms.

· Purses and coats dangling on coat racks.
