Bob loved animals and as a young man volunteered at a veterinary clinic, which led to his lifelong career of selling veterinary pharmaceuticals. At the time of his death he was employed by The Boehringer Ingelheim company.

An ardent football lover, Bob served as the kicker for Haddonfield Memorial High School, from which he graduated in 1974, then went on to Widener University where he was part of its 1977 Division 3 championship squad.

Bob also loved spending summers in Ocean City, NJ with his wife of 32 years. He realized a dream come true when he purchased a home in Ocean City, and could be found on the 44th St. beach, also leaving behind too many good friends to mention.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Sept. 11 from 4–7:45 p.m. at Kain-Murphy Funeral Services, 15 West End Ave., Haddonfield, NJ, with a memorial service to follow at 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Bob may be made to Voorhees Animal Orphanage, 419 Cooper Rd., Voorhees, NJ 08043(www.vaonj.org)
