Registration open for next ‘Cookbook Club’ meeting at Mt. Laurel Library on Sept. 6

September is National Apple and Chicken Month, so selected recipes will focus on those two ingredients.

Enjoy food? Love good food and cooking, but find that purchasing cookbooks often feels like a huge commitment? And just how do people find great recipes?

That’s where the Cookbook Club comes in.

Hosted at the Mt. Laurel Library, the club meets regularly to enjoy one another’s cooking based on different themes each month.

Members of the club discuss recipes, as well as those “special little changes” cooks add to give dishes a personal touch.

September is National Apple and Chicken Month, so the club’s selected recipes will focus on these two ingredients.

Chosen cookbooks are available at the library’s information desk.
