Evesham Police arrest Mt. Holly man for allegedly selling 80-bags of heroin in Evesham

During the arrest, police seized drugs and more than $500 cash.

The following information is on file with the Evesham Township Police Department:

On July 27, a narcotics investigation resulted in the arrest of four subjects who traveled from Mt. Holly and Browns Mills to Evesham with the intention to sell 80 bags of heroin and crack cocaine to an Evesham resident.

The investigation began months earlier following a tip that a Mt. Holly man was selling heroin in Evesham. Following the information, the Evesham Police Department narcotics unit commenced a narcotics investigation, which resulted in the arrest of four individuals from Mt. Holly and Browns Mills that are suspected of being involved in distributing heroin in Evesham.

During the arrest, police seized drugs and more than $500 cash.

Arrested:

A male, age 30, of Mt. Holly, was charged with third-degree possession of heroin with intent to distribute, third-degree possession of heroin and third-degree possession of crack cocaine. He was lodged in the Burlington County Jail in with no bail.

A male, age 27, of Mt. Holly, was charged with fourth-degree loitering to distribute a controlled dangerous substance. He was released on his own recognizance.

A male, age 27, of Browns Mills, was charged with third-degree possession of crack cocaine and third-degree possession of Suboxone. He was released on his own recognizance.

A female, age 21, of Browns Mills, was charged with a disorderly person’s offense for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on her own recognizance.
