Four Cherry Hill players part of national champion SJEB Rush soccer team

Isabella Rossetti, Rebecca Winslow, Brianna Wons and Jillian Drumm participated on the SJEB Rush team that won the U.S. Youth Soccer U16 National Championship.

Four Cherry Hill youth soccer players were part of the SJEB Rush club team that won the U.S. Youth Soccer U16 National Championship on Sunday, July 29 in Frisco, Texas.

Isabella Rossetti, Rebecca Winslow, Brianna Wons and Jillian Drumm were all members of the team. SJEB Rush defeated La Roca-FD of Utah, 2–1, in overtime of the championship game.

The team won the NJ Youth Soccer state cup and the National League regular season title. At regionals, the team advanced to the final before losing to North United Rush of Pennsylvania, 3–2, in the finals. The team got its revenge at nationals when it defeated North United Rush in pool play.

SJEB Rush went 2–0–1 in pool play at nationals and defeated Legends FC 02 Academy from California in the semifinals prior to their win in the championship.
