On Tuesday, Aug. 7, from 6 to 9 p.m., the Palmyra Police Department along with Borough Council will host the third National Night Out event.
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods a safer, better place to live. Together, we will be making that happen this year. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community and it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
All are invited to come out and meet your local police officers, fire fighters, EMTs, mayor and council members.
This event will be located in the parking area at Borough Hall, South Broad Street and the band shell. There will be free food, Friends Band, DelVal Corvair Club Cruise Night, police department tours, fire department displays, shred event with Polar Shredding and much more.
