Three Automated External Defibrillators have been donated.
The Shamong Office of Emergency Management received a donation of three Automated External Defibrillators from the Virtua Foundation in conjunction with The Heart House.
These local foundations approved the grant request to provide AED’s at no charge for the Shamong Township Municipal Building where public meetings are held, Dinglestown Recreational Field and Indian Mills Stony Creek Soccer Complex where Indian Mills Athletic Association and other public sporting events are held.
IMAA couches and sports directors are coordinating with Shamong EMS to receive Community CPR/AED training. Shamong Township OEM would like to thank Virtua Foundation and The Heart House for these life saving devices and their generosity.
