June is nationally recognized as Men’s Health Month
In honor of June being nationally recognized as Men’s Health Month, the Gloucester County Department of Health will be offering free health screenings for men.
Freeholder Director Robert M. Damminger said, “These free screenings will allow men to gain a better understanding of their current health and make changes, if necessary, to live a healthier life.”
Free blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, dermascan and dexascan screenings will be conducted by public health nurses and staff from the Gloucester County Department of Health.

These screenings promote healthy living among the men of our county, and they are cost and pain free, so there is no excuse not get checked out.”
