Inaugural ‘Pins for Paws’ to raise funds for Burlington County cats, dogs

The June 27 event at Laurel Lanes will help fund the placement of dogs and cats that might otherwise be euthanized.

Friends of the Burlington County Animal Alliance are hosting, Pins for Paws, a bowling event to raise funds for the organization. This family-friendly event takes place on June 27 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Laurel Lanes in Maple Shade.

“We are expecting a sell-out crowd of people of all ages who want to have fun and help the Burlington County Animal Alliance place dogs and cats in their forever homes. It’s going to be a great evening of bowling, activities and auction baskets,” said Laura Brodsky, chair of the event.

The funds will help the Burlington County Animal Alliance place dogs and cats that may have otherwise been euthanized into caring homes.

This is the inaugural Pins for Paws event and is being sponsored by Cherry Hill Animal Hospital, Mount Laurel Animal Hospital, RE/LINC Real Estate Group and Staples. The committee is seeking bowlers, auction items and sponsorships.

“Pins for Paws” will be held on Wednesday, June 27 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Laurel Lanes on Route 73 South in Maple Shade.
