Evesham Police say narcotics investigation yields two arrests and seizure of pharmaceutical pills

Members of the ETPD Narcotics Unit recently executed a narcotics search warrant in the 800 block of Saratoga Court.

The following information is on file with the Evesham Township Police Department:

On May 25, members of the ETDP Narcotics Unit executed a narcotics search warrant in the 800 block of Saratoga Court. Police say the search warrant was a result of a month long investigation into the alleged illegal sale of pharmaceutical pills.

During the search warrant pre-execution surveillance, police say detectives observed a male allegedly loitering in the area who was allegedly believed to be attempting to purchase pills from the target. Police say each subject was arrested and 25 Percocet pills and $750 in cash was seized.

Arrested:

A male, age 32, of Marlton, was charged with third-degree distribution of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.

A male, age 32, of Marlton,was charged with a disorderly person’s offense for loitering to obtain narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.
