Laddey has served as an Assistant Principal and as Lenape High School’s Athletic Director since February 2017.

Prior to that time, he served as a social studies teacher for 17 years and as the Assistant Athletic Director for ten years.

A graduate of the Lenape Class of 1994, district officials say Laddey has enjoyed being a part of the “proud tradition of excellence” that exists at Lenape High School, crediting his selection as the Olympic Conference Athletic Director of the Year to the “outstanding students, teachers, coaches, administrators, parents, and fellow athletic directors throughout the Olympic Conference with whom I have the pleasure of working on a daily basis.”
