Mt. Laurel Police Department reports golf cart pushed into pool at Larchmont Swim Club last week

The following report is on file with the Mt. Laurel Township Police Department:

On May 13 at 11:35 a.m., patrols from the Mt. Laurel Township Police Department responded to the Larchmont Swim Club for a vandalism report.

According to police, the complainant reported that on May 12, he observed approximately eight teenagers running from the swim club.

Police say when the complainant went to check on the property, he found that a golf cart had been pushed into the pool, damaging both the golf cart and the pool.

According to police, the investigation into this incident is still ongoing.

The following additional reports are on file with the Mt. Laurel Township Police Department:

On May 14 at 11:02 a.m., patrols responded to a business on the 200 block of Masonville Road for a customer dispute. The storeowner reported that during a customer dispute that an enraged customer knocked over a cigarette lighter rack causing the rack to break.

On May 13 at 7:46 p.m., patrols responded to a residence on Jerrick Court for the report of a theft from a motor vehicle. The victim stated that sometime between 8:30 p.m. on May 12 and 7:20 p.m. on May 13, an unknown person entered her unlocked vehicle and stole a bag valued at $90.

On May 12 at 10:01 a.m., patrols responded to a residence on Periwinkle Drive for the report of a theft from a motor vehicle. The victim reported that sometime between 11 p.m. on May 10 and 11 p.m. on May 11, an unknown person entered his unsecure vehicle and stole his golf clubs.

On May 11 at 12:43 p.m., patrols responded to a residence on Daylily Drive for the report of a theft from a motor vehicle. The victim reported that sometime overnight, an unknown person entered his unlocked vehicle in his driveway and stole money.

On May 11 at 6:50 a.m., patrols responded to the 4400 block of Church Road for a report of a theft from a motor vehicle. The victim reported that sometime overnight, an unknown person stole approximately $4,000 worth of tools from his truck.

On May 11 at 6:35 a.m., patrols responded to a residence on Periwinkle Drive for the report of a theft from a motor vehicle. The victim reported that sometime between 6 p.m. on May 10 and 6:35 a.m. on May 11, an unknown person entered his unsecure vehicle and stole cash, various credit cards and gift cards.

On May 11 at 12:40 a.m., patrols conducted a motor vehicle stop on South Church Street for motor vehicle violations. During the stop, it was determined that there was a quantity of marijuana in the vehicle. The occupants, a 20-year-old male, a 24-year-old female and a 21-year-old male all from Camden were arrested for the possession of marijuana. The 21-year-old male was also charged with providing false information to avoid the detection of outstanding warrants.

On May 10 at 8:34 p.m., patrols responded to Prospectors on Route 38 for the report of a theft from a motor vehicle. The victim reported that sometime between 6:10 and 8:10 pm, an unknown person smashed her front passenger side window of her vehicle and stole a laptop that was on the floor of the vehicle.

On May 10 at 11:01 a.m., patrols responded to a motel on the 1100 block of Route 73 for a report of an altercation. Investigation revealed that two males engaged in an altercation, which escalated into one of the males being pushed to the ground. The argument was over a monetary debt.

On May 9 at 4:18 p.m., patrols responded to a residence on Millstream Drive for a report of a theft from a vehicle. The victim reported that sometime between 9 p.m. on May 8 and 7 a.m. on May 9, an unknown suspect entered his vehicle and stole a cardholder containing various store shopping cards.

On May 9 at 10:58 a.m., a business owner from the 2000 block of Briggs Road came into headquarters to report a theft. The victim reported that sometime between April 25 and May 9, an unknown person stole two chainsaws and tires from a shed on the property.

On May 9 at 10:06 a.m., patrols responded to a residence on Woodview Drive for the report of a theft from a motor vehicle. The victim reported that sometime between 7 p.m. on May 8 and 8 a.m. on May 9, an unknown person entered her vehicle while parked in her driveway and stole her purse.

On May 9 at 8:59 a.m., patrols responded to the area of Route 73 and Atrium Way for a motor vehicle crash. While responding to the crash, it was reported that the involved drivers were involved in a physical altercation. During the investigation, it was reported that one of the drivers, a 25-year-old male from Pennsauken, exited his vehicle after the crash. He aggressively approached the other involved driver and slapped him in the face.

On May 8 at 11:36 p.m., patrols responded to the 100 block of Union Mill Terrace for a report of a vehicle that was damaged. The victim reported that he parked his vehicle in his driveway at 10 p.m. the night prior. When he went to his vehicle at 11 a.m., he discovered the front windshield cracked and the rear window smashed.

On May 8 at 10:39 p.m., patrols responded to a motel on the 1100 block of Route 73 for an unresponsive male. Patrols located the 28-year-old male from York, Pa. on the floor of the room unresponsive due to an apparent heroin overdose. Narcan was administered and the male became responsive. He was transported to a local hospital for further treatment.

On May 8 at 7:13 p.m., patrols conducted an investigation of a suspicious vehicle on Elbo Lane by Teal Lane. The 28-year-old occupant of the vehicle was arrested for possession of marijuana and a smoking pipe. He was charged on a summons and released pending a future court date.

On May 8 at 12:27 p.m., patrols responded to a motel on the 500 block of Fellowship Road for the report of a dispute where a weapon was shown. Investigation revealed that a male and female (victims) were panhandling in the parking lot when they approached two males. After a verbal altercation, one of the males went to a vehicle and displayed a shotgun. A handgun was also displayed at which time the male suspects fled the area in a pick-up truck. Further investigation developed a suspect vehicle. During a canvas of the area, the vehicle was located in Maple Shade. Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, a 35-year-old male from Maple Shade and a 33-year-old male from Yulee, Fla. were both arrested. They were charged with multiple weapons offenses, aggravated assault and terroristic threats. Both were committed to the Burlington County Jail pending a future court date.
