Gloucester Township Historic and Scenic Preservation Committee invites you to an afternoon of entertainment and education.
On Saturday, May 19, the Gloucester Township Historic and Scenic Preservation Committee invites you to the 2018 South Jersey History Fair at the historic Gabreil Daveis Tavern, located at 500 3rd Avenue, Glendora, NJ 08029, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There will be many exhibitors celebrating New Jersey History. There will also be cultural heritage exhibits and information on their respective locations.
This promises to be a great event for teachers, students and their families interested in our state’s rich and amazing history and culture.
The event is completely free and open to the public.
Be sure to bring your camera, as you will also tour the historic and beautiful Gabreil Daveis Tavern.
Come out and meet Ben Franklin, play colonial children’s games, learn about colonial herbs and remedies, and shout “ahoy” to the pirate group, the Sea Dogs.
The rain date is Sunday, May 20.
