The event provides residents with an environmentally-friendly opportunity to protect themselves and family members from identity theft.
On Earth Day — Sunday, April 22 — a community shred event will take place at at the Monroe Township Public Library.
From 9 a.m. to noon, Monroe Township residents can stop by to get rid of unwanted documents and protect their families from identity theft or financial fraud, while simultaneously saving the environment.
