Moorestown Council Candidates Nicole Gillespie and Brian Donnelly congratulate Manny Delgado and Jamie Boren on the announcement of their candidacy. We look forward to a vigorous and respectful dialogue during the campaign and hope they will agree to join us in debating issues vital to moving Moorestown forward.
We believe all residents should have the opportunity to understand where the candidates stand on issues of importance such as affordable housing, clean water infrastructure and transparency in awarding town contracts, all of which directly impact each and every taxpayer.
The League of Women Voters has provided a great service to our community in creating a forum for discussing issues during the Board of Education campaign. We hope Mr. Delgado and Ms. Boren will agree to join us in a similar forum during this year’s council race.
