Marlton Woman’s Club to sponsor free children’s science program at Evesham Library on April 5

The program will be presented by Mad Science of West New Jersey and is designed for elementary to middle school aged children.

The Marlton Woman’s Club is sponsoring a free children’s science program at the Evesham Library this spring and those with the club say “it’s gonna be gooey.”

The program will be presented by Mad Science of West New Jersey and will be held at the Evesham Library on Thursday, April 5, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Mad Science is a science enrichment provider and delivers hands-on science experiences for children that are meant to be entertaining and educational.

The program is free to the public and is designed for children in elementary school and middle school.

To register or for further information, call the Evesham Library at (856) 983–1444. The library is located at 984 Tuckerton Road.

According to club officials, this is only one of the many activities sponsored and supported by the Marlton Woman’s Club.

Those interested can also come to one of the club’s monthly meetings to get involved. The club meets at 6:30 p.m. on the fourth Monday of the month from September through May at the Gibson House Community Center, 535 E. Main St.

Self-described as a “a group of women who raise money and give it away,” the GFWC Marlton Woman’s Club is a federated non-profit volunteer service organization.
