The New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) has announced that Marlton-resident Nichole LoPresti has been promoted to executive vice president for the association.

The NJAA is a trade association representing all facets of the multifamily housing industry, including market rate and affordable housing owners, managers and developers, as well as suppliers.

Regarding the hire, NJAA’s executive director David Brogan said, “Over the past three years, the NJAA has improved every facet of its operations and Nichole was integral in making those changes happen. Her dedication and professionalism are unmatched, and NJAA is lucky to have her. This promotion accurately reflects her role here and the contribution she makes to the multifamily industry every day.”

Experienced in both the public and private sector, LoPresti has been part of the leadership team at NJAA for three years.

During that time, the organization received multiple national awards for its marketing, communications and advocacy — a first for the association. Additionally, LoPresti’s efforts have led to record-breaking attendance and revenue for all of the organization’s networking events.

Prior to her tenure at the NJAA, LoPresti served as vice president of Tonio Burgos & Associates, a regional government affairs firm. She also served as a state government affairs associate for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey; director of government relations for the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey; and director of constituent services and outreach for Assembly Majority Leader Louis Greenwald.

LoPresti received her Master of Arts from Villanova University and her Bachelor of Arts from Mount St. Mary’s University.
